Barangay Taloc is one of the barangays that compose Bago City. 9.10 kilometers away from Bago City proper, it is surrounded by Bacolod City in the north, Barangay Calumanggan and Busay in the south, Barangay Tabunan and Dulao in the east, and Seashore of Guimaras Strait in the west. It has a land area of 1, 575.9536 hectares. It has a population of 5,482 with 3, 075 households and is composed of 25 puroks. The livelihood of the people in the barangay includes rice farming, business and faming. Majority of the people owns a vegetable garden, livestock poultry and fish pond. The biggest industrial plant in the city, Distileria Bago Incorporated is situated in the city.
